Trevor has over 20 years of experience in the hearing industry, holding leadership roles in manufacturing, clinical practice, and cochlear implant programmes. This diverse background ensures you receive the most advanced technology and testing available.

Trevor is a member of numerous professional organisations, including the HCPC, ISA, BSHAA, BAA, and BTA.

Kevin McDonnell

Kevin McDonnell Chairman

Kevin McDonnell is an experienced Chairman with over 25 years in the HealthTech sector. Kevin has a track record of developing global market leading HealthTech companies. Kevin has scaled businesses to 10 countries and led several successful exits. Currently, he chairs ZoomDoc Health, ART Health, Intelligent Health, and Psyomics, supporting their strategic growth and governance. In addition, Kevin is the founder of Datalla Group, which is a coaching, consulting, and advisory firm for HealthTech companies.​

Since graduating from the University of Leeds in 2014 with a BSc in Audiology, Shivani has excelled in both private practice and the NHS. Her passion lies in helping people unlock the full potential of their hearing, ensuring they enjoy the best possible communication and sound experience.​

Tim Wright

Tim boasts over 25 years of experience selling digital health and wellness solutions in the UK and internationally. He has worked with renowned brands like Nuffield Health, Spire Healthcare, and Virgin Healthcare, as well as numerous start-ups and established companies in the digital health space.​

Tim focuses on building partnerships with key verticals including health insurers, international providers, virtual GPs, occupational health providers, private hospitals, employee wellness programmes, and large corporations.

Rick Haslam

Rick Haslam

Rick brings over 30 years of experience building successful partnerships and driving sales in the employee health and wellbeing and insurance sectors. He has a proven track record of supporting leading brands, including BMI Healthcare, IPRS Health, Spectrum.Life, Capita, and Virgin Active.​

Rick’s international experience includes a tenure at Cigna and a key role in developing Nuffield Health from a hospital group into a major player in the health and wellness industry.

Mark Giles

As the founder and director of Salubrium, Mark brings over three decades of experience across the healthcare and risk management landscape. His deep understanding extends beyond theory, encompassing the practical aspects of service delivery, insurance, and product development.

Mark’s expertise allows him to provide strategic consultancy that addresses all facets of healthcare, risk, benefits, behaviour change, process, and internal structures. His approach is straightforward and results-orientated, demonstrating a tangible return on investment within a year.​

Dr Josef Schlittenlacher

Dr Josef Schlittenlacher Lecturer at Manchester University and Multidisciplinary Scientist

Dr Schlittenlacher is a leading scientist applying machine learning to change the face of hearing healthcare. His research focuses on improving the efficiency and accuracy of hearing tests while exploring exciting applications like text-to-speech and automated speech recognition for those with hearing loss. Dr Schlittenlacher’s innovative approach helps us push boundaries in providing the best possible care for our patients.​
